Will is a trusted legal recruitment partner with experience placing lawyers across a range of levels and sectors.
Before establishing Okapi, he worked as an Executive Consultant for a bespoke legal headhunting business and as a Senior Legal Consultant for a large, south-west based recruitment company.
Before working in recruitment, Will completed a law degree and various paralegal placements.
Outside of work, Will has a keen interest in sport, outdoor pursuits and wildlife.

A family law practice looking to merge with a like-minded firm, where Okapi introduced the two parties and assisted in negotiations throughout the merger.
